HP Desktop PCs - No Sound from the Speakers (Windows 8)
This certificate applies to HP and Compaq desktop computers with Windows 8.
The steps in this certificate describe how to troubleshoot and fix the problem when there is no sound coming from the speakers.
Before you begin: Restart the computer
