Rated one out of 5 by JT 2022 from Faulty I bought this, paid a plumber to install and it started running like the flapper was worn out. Start night went to use it and there was no water in it. Ii hours later it would refill. Plumber came checked information technology, made a few adjustments and the second night it was dry once more. three am it started filling and wouldn't stop. Had to become up and turn off the water. Called Rona to complain and they said the within of the toilet is not office of the warranty. Make new , can't use, have to pay a plumber to replace all the inside parts. So my $260 toilet at present has cost me $700.. sucks Rona won't stand behind this product.

Rated v out of 5 past Consumer321 from American Standard stands backside their products I take owned and installed comparable everclean toilets from American Standard since 2008, when they were relatively new on the market;and many from Rona in Ottawa. Every bit products deport an excellent warranty. Sold at a reasonable price point. The manufacturer excels in replacing defective parts a.s.a.p. The start few that I installed had defective 3 inch flappers which were replaced under warranty past AS with modified and improved parts. In my experience with many more than installations, flappers are no longer an issue, and I am convinced that Every bit would be more than please to help anyone who experience defective parts. Later warranty, market parts are at present readily bachelor in virtually hardware stores at a reasonable price.

Rated v out of five by KerryRC from Great toilet I've had this for 2 weeks so far and information technology works cracking, the same amount of "business" and toilet paper that use to clog my quondam toilet is not a problem for this one and uses less water. Easy installation. I bought an extra big wax ring just to be safety and had to purchase a 16" flexible hose for the water inlet instead of reusing the onetime 12" hose becuase the tank portion of this toilet is a little higher off the ground and then my old toilet then continue these two things in mind. Its much quieter than my one-time, adjusting the water level in the tank is like shooting fish in a barrel as well.

Would not buy again.Also no glaze on the underside of the toilet edge, mold can easily grow hither and will exist difficult to clean. I have two other bathrooms to remodel and volition be looking at other brands of toilets.

Rated 3 out of 5 past Dsquared from Some deficiencies.... Bought this on line from Rona and installed it yesterday. Objective was to supplant an old toilet and reduce water consumption. Unfortuantely, the toilet seat (included) was most uncomfortable and so replaced with our existing one (only a year old and soft close, and so worked perfectly). The flush handle did not fit tight to the tank and couldn't be tightened and rattled when used. Salvaged the handle from our old toilet (once again...simply a year old and much amend quality), so it all worked out in the end. Time will tell...
